Verta Marab Company was established in May 2012 at the Directorate of Registration of Companies and Non-Commercial Companies of Iran with the registration number 45242, with the aim of progress and innovation in Iran Food and Drink Industry, which was stagnating for many years.
From the first steps it began to work in this industry with the slogan "Healthy society, Healthy diet". In the first step, taking into account the high consumption of synthetic carbonated beverages and the harmful effects of these beverages, it tried for the production of a completely organic beverage.
In fact, with the patent number 80731 for this drink, it proved that it is possible to enjoy taking a completely Iranian and natural beverage based on the herbs with no unnatural chemicals, alongside any kind of food. It has several benefits for the consumer in addition to the thirst quench and food digestion.
All the tests related to the production of this product were conducted under the supervision of Dr. Omid Rajabi; Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Faculty, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, at the laboratories of this university.

The purpose of this product formulation was to supply a carbonated drink in accordance with today's lifestyle. This drink must have had all-natural flavoring materials without any chemicals or mineral acids, so as to reduce the side effects of many people's habit of drinking carbonated beverages. This beverage should have been designed in such a way that they could be used along with food, in addition to having the favorable natural taste of the natural ingredients.
